![]() In the meantime, you can backup your data firstly and create a new Outlook profile and add your account to the new profile to if there is the same problem. If the OutlookResetPreferences tool failed to fix this problem for you, we recommend you can try to reply to an email message and check if you can see the Zoom icon under the Options tab, if so, set the Zoom to 100% and send out the message to check if this will make any difference:
